Fishing boat drifting near rocks

A single handed local fisherman was unable to restart either of the two outboards on his 15ft day boat and was drifting towards Meg's Rocks. The lifeboat crew reached him within 10 minutes of the pagers sounding. The boat was towed to the Dart Yacht Club pontoon.

Visitor Centre opening hours

The shop is now open from 11am to 3pm. on Monday, Thursday and Saturday and from 11am to 1pm on Tuesday and Wednesdays. After closing on Saturday 4 December the VC will be closed until the start of half term week in Feb 2022.
