The Dart ILB had just completed a demonstration with a SAR Sea King from Royal Naval Air Station at Culdrose when they were tasked to an incident on the berth holders pontoons on the Kingswear side of the river. They took two of the Coastguard team and a West Country Ambulance paramedic to a lady from Bridgewater who had fallen down a hatchway on her motor sailor and injured her leg. She was given Entonox and brought ashore in a basket stretcher to a waiting ambulance.
