Visitor Centre opening

Members of the RNLI Dart lifeboat team had a pre-view on Friday 4 December.

Commodore Jake Moores, Chairman of the RNLI Dart Lifeboat Managemet Group, will be welcoming visitors to the newly opened RNLI Visitor Centre on Dartmouth's South Embankment on the morning of Monday 6 December. There are visual and audio displays as well as a D class lifeboat to be examined. Films of local RNLI rescues are mixed in with those from further afield and can be seen from the lifeboat and in the separate film theatre. The newly re-configured shop will be open for those last Christmas cards and gifts. The Centre will be open from 10am until 4pm daily until 4pm on 20 December.
