A youth got a fishing hook in his finger whilst fishing with the owner of a 14ft cabin cruiser. The engine would not start and so they swam ashore to arrange medical care. The Coastguard tasked the inshore lifeboat to bring the boat back to Dartmouth as the owner had told them he had to swim back to the boat in the dark. The boat was towed to the Dartmouth Yacht Club pontoon where he met them.
