Launch to man seen slumped in boat

Location: Alongside North Embankment. Dartmouth Harbour

A man was seen from the Embankment to be slumped over the stern of his boat. The Ambulance and Coast Guard were in attendance. The man was found to be OK and subsequently made his own way to his main vessel in the harbour. Lifeboat crew; Helmsman, Tony Chapman. Crewmen Chris Rampling and Haydn Glanvil, paramedic Shorecrew: Jim Brent assisted by Steve Wallis and Kevin John.

Visitor Centre opening hours

The shop is now open from 11am to 3pm. on Monday, Thursday and Saturday and from 11am to 1pm on Tuesday and Wednesdays. After closing on Saturday 4 December the VC will be closed until the start of half term week in Feb 2022.
