Sloop with fouled prop towed back to Noss Marina

A 33ft sloop,'Spirit of Sam', with two persons on board had been reported by Brixham Coastguard as disabled 1.5miles off Coombe Point in Start Bay. She was initially taken on a long tow by a local angling boat, Dart Angler, and after discussion with the Coastguard, Dart lifeboat was launched to assist the casualty into the harbour. Visitor Centre opening hours

The shop is now open from 11am to 3pm. on Monday, Thursday and Saturday and from 11am to 1pm on Tuesday and Wednesdays. After closing on Saturday 4 December the VC will be closed until the start of half term week in Feb 2022.
