Smoke was coming from the engine compartment of a 21ft speedboat with two persons onboard. Having been contacted by radio the Coastguard asked the Dart inshore lifeboat to launch. The boat was found anchored off Combe Rocks. The boat was towed to Darthaven Marina.

Visitor Centre opening hours

The shop is open from 26 April 2021 from 11am to 1pm. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and from 11am to 3pm on Wednesdays. It is hoped to extend these times again shortly.
