Location: Blackpool Sands. Start Bay.

The Police were called to a man injured on the rocks at Blackpool Sands. The Coastguard asked the ILB to attend. The Police, Coastguards and Ambulance crew were able to reach and assist the casualty from the shore and the lifeboat was stood down.

Visitor Centre opening hours

The shop is now open from 11am to 3pm. on Monday, Thursday and Saturday and from 11am to 1pm on Tuesday and Wednesdays. After closing on Saturday 4 December the VC will be closed until the start of half term week in Feb 2022.
